KVS Admission 2025-26 for Class 6 Registration 2025-26 Notification
Admissions for Balvatika-1 (available in 50 selected KVs) and Balvatika-3 (offered in 445 selected KVs) will be conducted through an offline process. The registration period will open at 10:00 AM on March 24, 2024 (Monday) and will end at 5:00 PM on April 8, 2024 (Monday). For Balvatika-2/3, registrations (in the selected 50 KVs) will only be considered if there are available spots in those institutions.
To qualify for Balvatika-1, children must be at least 3 years old. The age calculation for all Balvatika classes will be based on March 31, 2024 (children born on April 1 are also included).
- Balvatika-1: Ages 3 to under 4 years
- Balvatika-2: Ages 4 to under 5 years
- Balvatika-3: Ages 5 to under 6 years
Please note: The age limit may be extended by two years for Children with Special Needs (CwSN), subject to the Principal’s discretion. Enrollment will follow the priority categories and reservation policies specified in the Admission Guidelines for the 2025-26 academic year. Should any false or misleading information be found during the KV’s evaluation of applications, admission will be revoked. Contact the Principal or Admission In-charge only when instructed, and ensure compliance with the specified timelines.
KVS Admission 2025-26 for Class 6 Registration 2025-26 Eligibility Conditions
The primary requirement for KVS Admission for all grades in the 2025-26 academic year is the applicant’s age or date of birth. Any variation, even by a single day, will not be permitted in the admission process. The evaluation of applicants will commence solely based on their age. Other eligibility criteria may be adjusted at the discretion of the school principal. Below is a table outlining the age requirements for each class:
